ProductMy experience with this company was a total nightmare, eh. The sizes of the stuff I bought were way off, even though they said online the measurements were accurate, eh. When I tried to swap the items or ask about what they had in stock, I just got confused and unhelpful answers, eh. The customer service was practically non-existent, since my emails were ignored and I couldn't get a clear answer about whether the products were available, eh.

ProductI used to be a loyal customer of this company, but I've had a bunch of issues with my orders. The worst was when I got a dress I didn't even order - totally different from what was on their website. I contacted customer service right away, but didn't hear back for a whole week. And when they finally got back to me, they basically made it seem like I was imagining things and that they didn't mess up. I was pretty let down by the lack of responsibility on their part and their seeming lack of interest in fixing things.
