I opened the package over lunch and laughed — the "small" I ordered looked like it belonged to someone twice my size. Okay, sizing issues happen, no big deal, but then the return process turned into a saga. For about two weeks I’ve been chasing a return label and clear instructions; customer support keeps sending the same short note and nothing else. I’ve been to a handful of shipping spots and every clerk said the info I was given isn’t enough, they need a proper label. So I’ve been stuck with expensive trousers I can’t wear and no easy way to send them back. Compared to other places I’ve bought from, where a prepaid label shows up in an email, this felt really clumsy and slow. I’m not furious, just tired — it’s disappointing and a bit annoying to waste time on something that should be simple. If sizing is hit-or-miss, at least make returns painless. A little help from support would’ve saved a lot of trips and phone messages.

I really liked the clothes, but I ended up having to return three pieces because they didn't fit me in my usual size. Overall, I found the clothes to be really wearable and of high quality.

I just got something from this company that was all banged up from shipping, but thanks to 'Summer' in Customer Service, she helped me sort out sending it back and getting a new one. I really appreciate the fast and helpful customer service.

I bought these silk pajamas from here and oh man, they are so incredibly soft and comfy. But every time I order clothes online, I get a little anxious because they only allow you to return items for free ONCE per customer, not per order. It's a bit of a downer because they have such cute stuff.
