I was folding laundry and realised my new pillowcases hadn't shown up, right when a friend was crashing on my couch. Paid over two weeks earlier. No notice they'd ship from China. I got a weird international charge. I called during their "business hours" and mostly got voicemail, or messages saying they were closed — helpful. I cancelled my order by email and thought that was it. Then, after a few more follow-ups and a bit of bother, the package finally arrived from overseas. The fabric is actually nice and I slept on it last night; it's soft and holds up. So yeah, annoying wait and poor communication, but in the end it worked out and I'm relieved. I'll be more careful next time, but at least the pillowcases do their job for daily use and surprise guests. Happy that it turned out okay, though. Small win.

Oh man, the delivery process was such a disaster! I couldn't even track my parcel, missed getting it, and the phone numbers they gave me for help were no good. Eventually sorted out a second delivery, though. The item itself is nice, but it's way too big for my needs. Couldn't return it since it was on sale, but that's okay, no big deal for me.

The material and the clothes are so nice and elegant. I really love how they feel and fit on me. The colors are absolutely stunning and make me feel super fancy. The delivery was really fast and I appreciate how each piece of clothing is packaged separately.

The silk blouse I bought from this company was really nice and the quality was good too. But, I gotta say, I was not happy with how long it took to ship to Canada. And when it finally arrived, it had this weird plastic smell that I didn't like at all. It just didn't match the nice quality I was expecting, you know? I still like the brand and their designs, but because of this issue, I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again.
