DeliveryOh man, the delivery process was such a disaster! I couldn't even track my parcel, missed getting it, and the phone numbers they gave me for help were no good. Eventually sorted out a second delivery, though. The item itself is nice, but it's way too big for my needs. Couldn't return it since it was on sale, but that's okay, no big deal for me.

DeliveryThe silk blouse I bought from this company was really nice and the quality was good too. But, I gotta say, I was not happy with how long it took to ship to Canada. And when it finally arrived, it had this weird plastic smell that I didn't like at all. It just didn't match the nice quality I was expecting, you know? I still like the brand and their designs, but because of this issue, I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again.
