Lilicloth - Reviews and experiences

I got one cheap tee and a bracelet I didn't ask for, and the full $81.45 hit my credit card. I ordered four items — two sweaters, a cardigan and boots — back in late January, but only the $8.99 shirt arrived. So yeah, the charge is on my statement but three items are missing. I tried to be patient, checked tracking, waited a while, messaged customer support, but the replies were vague and mostly offered discounts on future buys, which is not what I want. I don't need a coupon, I need either the items I paid for or a refund of the $72.46 for the missing pieces. Other retailers I've used would simply refund or ship replacements, so this slower, dodge-y approach feels off. If they can't sort it promptly I will contact my bank to dispute the charge — that will get the money back and probably mean a card replacement, which I don't want to go through, so hopefully they fix it before it comes to that. Bottom line: got what I didn’t order, paid for what I didn’t get, and service so far has been disappointing but repairable if they actually respond properly.

This is the second time my order has been wrong! I am so frustrated with the mistakes and not wasting money to send it back. Get it together!

I picked up these purple sweaters for my friend and me during the holidays and when we opened them, they were just awful! They looked like they weren't even done being made properly. Can you imagine? When we tried to return them, they refused because they said we waited too long to ask. Totally unfair! Lilicloth really needs to step up and sort out this mistake.
