Returns & RefundsI picked up these purple sweaters for my friend and me during the holidays and when we opened them, they were just awful! They looked like they weren't even done being made properly. Can you imagine? When we tried to return them, they refused because they said we waited too long to ask. Totally unfair! Lilicloth really needs to step up and sort out this mistake.
