DeliveryThe process of ordering the fisherman-themed hats was smooth and efficient, but unfortunately, my experience quickly went downhill. The products themselves are unique and perfect for the fishing trip I had planned with friends. However, the promised quick delivery turned into a nightmare. Part of my order is supposed to be ready to leave China, yet there has been no progress. To make matters worse, I received a notification that the hats I ordered are delayed. This is incredibly disappointing as I was counting on them for the upcoming trip. My excitement has turned into frustration, and I am losing hope in this company.

DeliveryI just bought some stuff from this website, but only half of it actually went through. The good thing is the customer service team got in touch with me real quick to let me know about the problem. They said the other half of my order would be on its way soon. I also asked for a refund for the service charges 'cause I didn't get my full order as expected.
