I reached out to customer service the other day for help with a replacement product, and I gotta say, I was blown away by the service. The rep, Katarina, was super helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She gave me some great tips on sending back the old product and even set up the pickup for the new one, which arrived at my door the next day. My only little tip for improvement would be suggesting to print the DHL files on one side instead of two.
