CommunicationI bought something from this company recently and gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. The product itself is okay, but I've had some issues with it that have me doubting the brand's reliability. And their customer service? Well, it definitely fell short of what I was hoping for. My order didn't show up, and no matter how many times I tried to reach out, I never got a response. That lack of support just ain't right and now I'm just feeling annoyed and let down.
