I'm pretty bummed about my recent purchases from this company. I've had a bunch of stuff break down on me within the first year of buying them. One time, even though I asked for a warranty repair in time, I never got a shipping label to send my device back. Super frustrating not being able to get any help from them. It's really put me off buying from them again. And then, another thing I bought went kaput just after a year, but I didn't realize how bad it was until later.

I just had a problem with something I bought that came all messed up in the package. I've been buying from them for a long time and never had any issues before, so I was pretty bummed out about it. But their customer service team was on top of it right away! They sent a courier to pick up the broken item and shipped me a new one super quickly. I asked for a different product and they were totally cool about it, didn't charge me anything extra. All in all, their customer service was amazing.

She gave me some great tips on sending back the old product and even set up the pickup for the new one, which arrived at my door the next day. My only little tip for improvement would be suggesting to print the DHL files on one side instead of two.
