First-time purchase of a power recliner

Product

I just bought my first power recliner and I gotta say, it was a total letdown. I was so pumped about how comfy it looked in the showroom, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story. The padding was lousy, there were weird lumps and the seat was way too hard. It's basically impossible to relax in. I feel like I blew my cash on this thing and I'm super bummed about it. I definitely won't be telling anyone to shop at that store again.

2x2 seater recliner electric

Product

I just bought a couple of recliners that seat two and are electric. But guess what? There's a big problem with the back of one of the recliners. It keeps coming up and is super uncomfortable, not at all what I was hoping for after spending so much money on them. Has anyone else had this issue with the same model? I shelled out a good chunk of change for these recliners, so I was expecting them to be comfy and top-notch, but I'm pretty let down by how uncomfortable the back is.

Leather recliners

Product

I bought two leather recliners from this store, and I gotta say, the difference in quality between the two is like night and day. The first one, which I've had for 15 years, still looks amazing. The leather is holding up great - no wear and tear, no fading, and definitely no peeling. Plus, the padding is still nice and comfy. But the second recliner, which is only 5 years old, feels like it's falling apart. The arms are all squished, the seat is saggy, and the leather is looking faded and discoloured. It's even peeling in some spots. I'm pretty disappointed in the drop in quality, gotta say.

New sofa with misaligned seams and oversized non-moving cushion

Product

I just got a new sofa and it turned out to be a big let down. When it was delivered, I noticed right away that the seams were all wonky and the middle cushion was way too big, making it look really bad. So, I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, but they were no help at all. They basically said that's just how it is and didn't even apologize. It was clear that this company couldn't care less about the shoddy workmanship on their products.

Recliner purchase

Product

My recent purchase of a recliner turned out to be a real letdown. I thought I was getting a comfortable and supportive seat after shelling out a bunch of cash for it. But, after only a month, I started getting major back pain. Turns out, the recliner didn't give enough support for my lower back and the padding felt super cheap, like sitting on a wooden stool. The whole thing was a huge bummer, both in terms of the quality of the product and the discomfort it brought me.

Double power recliner purchased

Product

I just bought a double power recliner from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. I shelled out over $3,000 and had to wait a crazy 8 months for it to arrive. Now, just 22 months later, the fabric is already looking pretty beat up. It's all pilled up and there's even a rip in one spot! The sales rep said sorry and all, but come on, a warranty for only 1 year is not cool. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.

Lazy boy chair and a half

Product

I just bought a big comfy chair from this furniture store and man, I had some problems with the wrinkling on the seat and recliner. I told them about it and they swapped out the seat and back for me. But you won't believe it, the new seat looks even worse than before! When I brought it up, they basically shrugged it off and said it was just "comfort" wrinkles, like what even is that? I gotta say, I'm super let down by the low quality and lousy customer service I got from them.

$2000 sofa

Product

I bought a couch for two grand not too long ago and man, am I ever let down. The color is already rubbing off after hardly any use, which is totally not cool for something that pricey. Plus, the folks at this store have the worst customer service ever. They don't give a darn about my problems and haven't given me any decent solutions. Honestly, this product is not just bad quality, it's straight up trash. I'd recommend that people steer clear of this store and save their dough for something better.

Table, recliners, sofa

Product

I bought some tables, recliners, and a sofa from this store, eh. Gotta say, I'm not too happy with the quality, ya know. The back pillows on the recliners got some big holes where they end, the back and wings of the chairs don't line up right, and the finish on the tables is flaking off. These problems were there right from when they delivered the furniture, eh. I went past a bunch of other furniture stores to come here, hoping for better quality, but I was way off, eh. This is definitely the worst and most pricey furniture I've ever purchased. My advice to others would be to steer clear and not shop here, for sure.
