Returns & RefundsThe tap I bought from this company is total garbage. It started leaking after only a few weeks and the design is super outdated and ugly. I thought I was getting a top-notch product from a well-known company, but man, was I ever mistaken. The worst part was the awful customer service I got when I tried to return the broken tap. The reps were no help at all and were downright rude, not offering any solutions or aid. I'm so let down with my purchase and definitely won't be buying from them again.
