OverallSo I recently bought a bathroom faucet from this company, and let me tell you, it was such a pain from beginning to end. The ordering process was all over the place, with confusing directions and the website kept glitching. I had to contact customer service many times just to make sure my order was right. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too high for what I got. The delivery got delayed many times, and when the product finally came, it was all messed up. Overall, not happy with how everything went down.
