I gotta say, I am super impressed with the sunglasses I bought from Kits. The prices were amazing and they had such a wide variety to choose from, it was easy to find just what I was looking for. But what really got me was the customer service - top-notch. When the first pair I got didn't quite meet my standards, they were right on it, figuring out the problem and sending me a new pair in no time. And let me tell you, these replacement sunglasses are hands down the best quality I've ever had. They've totally exceeded any other pairs I've had before. Kits has definitely got a loyal customer in me now.

So I just bought 2 pairs of fancy sunglasses, but I only got one pair 'cause the other frame wasn't in stock. But Diana from customer service was amazing! She was so helpful and handled everything like a pro. Even though I was a bit impatient and maybe not the easiest customer, she still gave me top-notch service that totally surprised me. Diana really went the extra mile, and I think every company needs someone like her. Because of her, I'll for sure keep using KITS for all my glasses from now on.
