Returns & RefundsI got myself a pair of progressive prescription glasses from this place around eight months back. At first, I was pretty happy with my buy since the frame and lenses were top-notch quality and the price was fair. But then, one day, a screw decided to take a little trip away from the glasses. I got in touch with their customer service, and to my surprise, they replied super quick. Within a week, I had a brand new replacement pair in my hands without any extra charges. They even sent me a label to send back the broken frame so they could give it away. Their customer service blew me away, and I just had to share this awesome experience. I'm definitely coming back to them for all my glasses needs.

Returns & RefundsI was having trouble with my glasses' frame arms not holding their shape. Even though the KITS team gave me some tips, the problem kept happening. But then, they surprised me by offering to replace the glasses for free and letting me keep the original as spares. Their customer service was really top-notch. I was grateful that I didn't have to deal with the hassle of sending back the old glasses and being without them while waiting for a new pair to be made and shipped.
