DeliveryI was on the fence about ordering these jumbo bonnets — needed them for my long night shifts to protect my braids and didn't want another dud. I paid, got a confirmation, then... silence. I messaged them and they replied same day, apologizing and saying it had shipped (it actually left that day, or so they said). Tracking was slow but the bonnets finally arrived a week late. Not perfect, could've used clearer updates, but product itself is fine and does the job for the price.
