Almost walked away, glad I didn't
Almost walked away, glad I didn't
CommunicationI nearly chickened out — COVID shipping stories and an $80+ bill had me pausing, and I’d been burned by other shops before. I went ahead anyway and, honestly, most of that worry faded. The order was simple, replies felt human (not some canned line), and the package arrived in decent time. There was a tiny hiccup I had to nudge them about, but they fixed it. So yeah, relieved and pleasantly surprised — I’ll probably buy again. Feeling oddly upbeat about this, honestly.
Great glue, messy packaging

Productglued my lashes in place, dried pretty fast and didn't feel crunchy, I actually liked it. So I bought a replacement and… the packaging had changed and when I opened it at home there was almost nothing inside. Took it back, store refunded no problem. Thought it was a fluke, bought another one recently and same thing — barely any product, had to return it again. Kinda frustrating because the formula itself was great, but I just can't rely on inconsistent fills. Store staff were helpful both times, so that was nice. For now I'm switching brands, but if they fix QC I'd give them another shot — just check the bottle in-store if you can.

Returns & RefundsI bought a very glam pair of lashes without thinking it through. They were too much for my everyday look, so I rang customer service. Honestly, I was bracing for the usual runaround — I’ve had companies vanish on me before — but this time it was different. The rep listened, gave clear return instructions and even checked the tracking later on. Shipping back was straightforward and their team processed my refund faster than I expected. Delivery going out and coming back was pretty speedy, and the packaging arrived neat, though the box had a small crease. Small detail. What surprised me most was the follow-up call to confirm everything was sorted. That kind of attention made a big difference. Price-wise it felt reasonable for the quality. If you’re worried about returns, I’d say give them a shot — my experience ended up way better than I feared.

CommunicationI first noticed KissUsa via an Instagram ad and a coworker actually sent me the link, saying it was worth a look. I was curious but cautious — their checkout warned orders take several business days to process and that always sets off warning bells. Still, the price looked fair and I placed an order on a quiet Sunday. After five business days the order status was still stuck at "packing" and stayed that way the next few days. I emailed customer service asking for a simple update, and what I got back was a generic note saying they "usually process in three days" and to allow two more, plus that weekends don't count. That felt like a brush-off, not an explanation, and it didn't match the timeline on their own site. I asked them to cancel the order when it became obvious it wouldn't ship soon, twice, and never heard back. I'm practical and usually give companies the benefit of the doubt, but repeated silence killed my confidence. Right now I'm lodging a complaint with the BBB and I'm done buying from their store until they prove they can keep basic promises.
