I first noticed KissUsa via an Instagram ad and a coworker actually sent me the link, saying it was worth a look. I was curious but cautious — their checkout warned orders take several business days to process and that always sets off warning bells. Still, the price looked fair and I placed an order on a quiet Sunday. After five business days the order status was still stuck at "packing" and stayed that way the next few days. I emailed customer service asking for a simple update, and what I got back was a generic note saying they "usually process in three days" and to allow two more, plus that weekends don't count. That felt like a brush-off, not an explanation, and it didn't match the timeline on their own site. I asked them to cancel the order when it became obvious it wouldn't ship soon, twice, and never heard back. I'm practical and usually give companies the benefit of the doubt, but repeated silence killed my confidence. Right now I'm lodging a complaint with the BBB and I'm done buying from their store until they prove they can keep basic promises.
