Still, the price looked fair and I placed an order on a quiet Sunday. After five business days the order status was still stuck at "packing" and stayed that way the next few days. I emailed customer service asking for a simple update, and what I got back was a generic note saying they "usually process in three days" and to allow two more, plus that weekends don't count. That felt like a brush-off, not an explanation, and it didn't match the timeline on their own site.
