Large suitcase with broken spinner wheel

After using my Kipling suitcase a few times, I had an issue where one of the spinner wheels broke off. So, I decided to contact customer service in the UK for some help. I was really surprised by the lack of support I got. They wouldn't send me a replacement part, and instead told me to send the whole case to Poland for fixing, which would cost more than just replacing the wheel. I think it's not cool to ignore customer needs and the environment like that. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience has made me switch to a British brand, Antler, because they care more about their customers and the planet.

Missing item in my shipment

I bought something the other day and it turns out one thing was missing from what I got. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times by email and on live chat, but I didn't hear back. On top of not getting my missing item, I also didn't get a refund. And to add to all that, the live chat folks weren't very nice about it.

I had a problem with my online order and reached out to customer service for help. I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch! The representative that helped me went out of their way to quickly and efficiently solve the issue. I was really happy with how it all turned out and felt like a valued customer.

Sale discount during natural catastrophe

The customer service for this company was just terrible during a tough time. I was trying to get in on a sale while dealing with the aftermath of a natural disaster, but couldn't because of the situation. When I asked for an extension on the discount, they flat out said no. It was really disappointing how little they cared about what I was going through. Just left me with a bad taste in my mouth, eh.

Expensive purchase, poor customer service

The customer service at this brand is seriously lacking and not up to par with the high prices they charge. The live chat on their website never seems to work, it always says "Live chat has ended." I even tried emailing them with my order number but they said they couldn't find it. And I paid extra for overnight delivery, but when I tracked my package, it's not arriving until Monday, which is three days away. I'm really disappointed because I picked overnight shipping specifically and they still sent it with a weekday delivery restriction. They didn't tell me about that when I bought it, so now there are delays and I'm really frustrated. I thought for the price I paid, I'd get good customer service, a working website, and on-time delivery, but none of that happened. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

I went to this store and oh my goodness, it was like the worst experience ever! The people working there were so mean and rude, like seriously, they acted like they were too good to even talk to me. I just wanted to buy a cute purse and they made me feel like garbage. I spent all my allowance money on their stuff too. I was so disappointed and shocked at how they treated me, eh.

Just bought a backpack and let me tell you, I had the worst time with customer service. Those agents were so rude and not helpful at all, they even hung up on me more than once. I've got screenshots to prove how unprofessional they were, so seriously, steer clear and don't buy from them.

I ordered a backpack online, eh, but they ended up sending me the wrong one, which was not cool at all, ya know? I had to call customer service so many times, and they kept lying to me, saying my replacement was on its way. Just be honest with me, for goodness' sake!
