App & PortalI've been a customer with your folks for a long time now, but the rewards program has been giving me some grief lately. It just stopped working out of the blue without any heads up, and I couldn't get into it from September to December. I tried using different browsers, but every time it said the website wasn't secure. When I called customer service, they couldn't even find my account and didn't really seem to know how to assist me. I've been bugging them to take care of this problem for a bit now, but all they do is keep giving me the runaround.
