Solid overall, just slow on the preorder
CommunicationOverall I'm happy with the order but the preorder communication made me nervous. I use this kind of gear every day—mostly for commuting and work calls—so I wanted to know when it would ship. The rest of my order came earlier and was fine, but when the preorder suddenly showed in stock and I hadn't heard anything I reached out. Customer service replied pretty quickly, sorted it out, and within a week the preorder shipped and landed at my door. Not perfect — they could've sent an update — but it works well for my daily use, so I'm satisfied.
