ServiceI unboxed this thing late one evening, shrugged and thought "that's not what I ordered" — classic me. I messaged customer service and Michelle got back to me way sooner than I expected, polite and not at all annoyed (which I appreciate, because I'm flaky). Turned out the item was actually right, my bad. Still, the whole exchange felt real and human; helpful, clear, even a touch funny. Product itself feels solid in the hand and fits my shelf nicely. Not flawless, but works well and the support made it easy.
