TrackingI ordered four things on Black Friday from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare trying to find out what's going on with my order. I got an email saying it was shipped on November 26th, but since then, I haven't heard anything about where it is. I've called customer service more than ten times, and all I get is hold music and no one answering. I even sent two emails to support and haven't heard back at all. This kind of customer service is not okay, especially for a company that's supposed to be so great.

TrackingI ordered this really awesome birthday present that was supposed to arrive on time, but when I checked the tracking number, it said it was delivered! But I swear, my camera didn't catch anyone dropping off anything! I searched high and low for my package, but it was nowhere to be found! When I called to sort it out, they said they'd send a new one, but I haven't heard anything since! Can you believe I spent almost 200 bucks on jewelry and still no gift? 🙁
