So, I bought some fancy jewelry from this company, eh? But let me tell ya, I was not impressed with how things went down. I had to wait forever for customer service to even get back to me about my order, eh? And when they finally did, they told me that my order got sent back to them without even letting me know, eh? On top of that, some of the stuff I wanted was apparently already sold to someone else, even though I bought it fair and square. Like, how is that even okay, eh? It's got me seriously questioning how this company does business, that's for sure.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I bought a $80 piece of jewelry, but dealing with their customer service has been a real struggle. The staff doesn't seem to care about helping customers, with no replies and long wait times. It's so frustrating to be on hold for ages and still not get any answers about my missing package. As a customer, I expect better communication and support when things go wrong. This whole experience has left me feeling unhappy and I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company to anyone.

I really wish there was an option to leave a negative star review. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. They claim to be trying their best with the resources they have, but it seems like they have no resources at all because their customer service is basically non-existent. Just look at their BBB cases from the past year. When you call their customer service line, you get disconnected after being put on hold. And when you send them emails, they say they'll respond in 24-72 hours, but it takes them weeks to get back to you. This company has really gone downhill. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there. I'm guessing their lack of resources is because they're losing market share to their competitors. So, unless you want a lot of trouble, don't shop here. They have no care or concern for their customers.

I ordered some jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, but I made a mistake and left one of the necklaces in the box I returned. When I went back to the store, the saleswoman, Hannah, was incredibly kind and understanding. She replaced the necklace without any fuss, even though it was my fault. Her kindness during the stressful holiday season meant so much to me.
