I ordered a gift card online for my daughter who lives abroad. The first one never showed up in her email, and the second one had problems too. Customer service was no help and didn't really care, so there's no solution in sight. I'm really upset about the lack of help and communication.

I bought two pieces of jewelry for Christmas presents but only got one in the mail. The tracking said both were sent, but my invoice shows I was only charged for the one I got. I've been trying to reach out to customer service by email and phone, but haven't heard back. It's been frustrating not getting any help or answers. Based on this, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

I ordered something and paid extra for fast shipping, but it's been 11 days and still no sign of my order or a shipping confirmation. I really needed it by this Saturday to give as a gift, but it doesn't seem like that's going to work out. To top it off, the customer service hasn't been getting back to me either.

Man, those negative reviews weren't kidding! I ordered Christmas presents more than 3 weeks ago and they charged my card right away. But guess what? I still haven't gotten any of my stuff. I've been trying to get a hold of them through every way possible - calling, chatting, emailing - but it's like no one's listening. No reply, no acknowledgement, zilch. Can you believe a company can operate like this? I even had to go as far as filing a complaint with my credit card company for theft.
