I just bought a ring recently and had to return it because it was too small. I've been shopping with you folks for a few years now, and this was the first time I had any problems with the size. Luckily, the return process was a breeze, and I really appreciated that. I also love that I usually get free shipping. It's great how you only have to pay for shipping once, no matter how much you buy. The customer service is always amazing. They're so thorough, helpful, professional, and polite. It seems like they really know their stuff and receive good training. I do have my favorite hosts that I watch more often, but they are all professional and mature.

I live in Canada, so the shipping can be a bit slow, but it's fine because the items are always worth it. If you ever need a refund, it might take a little longer but they will keep you updated on the progress. The customer service is top-notch, they always go out of their way to assist you. I've never had a negative experience with them. Some people might not enjoy it because they lack patience, but I believe it's worth waiting for. JTV is definitely the best place to buy jewelry.
