JTV Jewelry - Reviews and experiences

My shopping experience with JTV was pretty good overall. They have a wide range of jewelry options, with different brands and styles to choose from. I really liked watching shows featuring Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and their Warehouse liquidation items. The hosts are friendly and know their stuff, which makes shopping with them fun. Sometimes I've had to return things, but the return process is easy, although I do have to pay for the shipping. One big problem I had was when JTV canceled an item a few days after I ordered it, without giving any explanation. That lack of transparency was really disappointing and annoying, especially since a host had said the item was available. It would also be nice if they offered half sizes because a lot of my returns were due to sizing issues. Despite these issues, I'm still excited to buy more jewelry from JTV in the future.

I love getting sparkly stuff from this jewelry store I've been going to forever. But, wow, when I called to order a necklace the other day, the person on the phone had such a strong accent from a different country. It was so hard to understand them! It literally took me 20 minutes just to place my order. Not cool at all, man! I really miss chatting with the friendly folks who have those adorable southern accents. Can we please bring those people back?
