ServiceI had a really bad time with the customer service at that jewelry company recently. I've been buying stuff from them for 8 years, dropping thousands of bucks on their products. I couldn't believe it when they blocked my account over a $17 balance from 2017 that I didn't even know about. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all, and didn't care about my situation. They even said they'd take away my stretch pay privileges even if I paid the $17. I'm a responsible customer with good credit, so I felt like it was super rude and totally uncalled for. It's really tough to be treated like that after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

ServiceI just bought some jewelry from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The stuff they sell is top-notch and the prices are not too shabby either. There was a little problem with my order, but their customer service team took care of it right away and made me a happy camper. Their return policy is also pretty sweet, gave me some peace of mind. As for what I got, I went for pearls and Moissanite, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I ended up with.
