PriceI recently bought a bracelet that was advertised at a certain price with free shipping. But when I tried to order it online, I saw that the price was actually different and I had to pay for shipping. So, I called to clear things up, and to my surprise, I was told that the gold-colored bracelet was actually more expensive at $119.99. Even though I explained that the advertised price was lower, the operator said their computer showed a different price. After going back and forth, I reluctantly paid the higher price, shipping, and tax. The whole call took a frustrating 25 minutes, which was totally unnecessary and time-consuming. This whole experience really turned me off, and I don't think I'll be buying anything else from this company.
