JTV Jewelry - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this jewelry company was awful. I ordered diamond earrings but when I got them, they weren't what I was hoping for. The quality was bad and the stones were dull and cloudy. I asked for a refund right away, but that's when things went downhill. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through their chat, but no one responded. Every time I tried, I was left waiting for a representative and told they were all busy. It was so frustrating and made me feel like I got ripped off.

I picked up these really cute sparkly beads that were on sale, and I was super pumped! But then, the package ended up getting sent back to the store. It took forever to finally get my refund, and to top it off, I didn't even get back the full amount I paid for those beads! Now I'm totally turned off from shopping there again because I can't trust that it won't happen again.

I just bought a ring recently and had to return it because it was too small. I've been shopping with you folks for a few years now, and this was the first time I had any problems with the size. Luckily, the return process was a breeze, and I really appreciated that. I also love that I usually get free shipping. It's great how you only have to pay for shipping once, no matter how much you buy. The customer service is always amazing. They're so thorough, helpful, professional, and polite. It seems like they really know their stuff and receive good training. I do have my favorite hosts that I watch more often, but they are all professional and mature.
