Deliverymeasurements, pick a date, show up and collect. Except the date came and went, the suit never appeared, and nobody called to say what was going on. That alone was rough, right? You imagine standing in a hotel room, trying to get ready, and realizing the bespoke thing you paid for isn’t even made. The stress of that day is still vivid.

DeliveryI ordered 3 sweaters before Christmas, and only 2 of them showed up. Turns out, the missing one is out of stock and won't be back for another 2 weeks. Customer service was really unhelpful and didn't even give me a heads up about the issue. Now I'm stuck without a Christmas gift and running out of time to find a replacement.
