CommunicationI ordered my skin care products three weeks ago, and I paid extra for express shipping, but they still haven't shipped it! I emailed them three times, but they haven't replied at all. It's so unprofessional, I can't even believe it! I'm going to try to get a refund through PayPal. I'm definitely not using their website ever again!
