    Recent jewellery purchase

    Eh, so I've been a loyal customer of this jewellery brand for years, eh. I've got a whole collection of their pieces, but lately, I've noticed a big drop in quality, you know. The jewellery is tarnishing way faster now, which I figure must be because they changed how they plate it. My recent buys ended up looking super cheap and tacky, like stuff I could've snagged at a bargain shop for way less. It's a bummer to see such a dip in quality, especially since I really dig the brand's overall look. I scooped up a bunch of necklaces on my trip to Europe not long ago, but had to stop wearing them soon after 'cause they're just so crummy. It's a real downer to drop a bunch of cash on pieces that don't meet expectations, eh.

    3 pieces of jewelry

    I recently bought three pieces of jewelry from here, and I'm really upset with the quality. I wore them only four times, and they tarnished quickly. I followed all the care instructions, didn't get them wet or use perfume near them, but they still didn't last. When I tried to reach customer service, I found out the office was closed with no warning. I tried the 'live chat' and sent photos of the tarnished pieces, but all they offered was store credit, not a refund. When I kept asking for a refund, Thalia, the chat person, disappeared and stopped replying. This isn't how a good company should handle customer complaints. The jewelry was cheap quality and not worth what I paid. It feels like I got tricked into buying supposed 'luxury' items that were more like something from Walmart. I'd suggest staying away from this brand and not falling for their celebrity endorsements.

I mean, I took good care of them, made sure they stayed dry and all that, but after only a few months, the coating started to come off, they started looking all tarnished, and to top it off, the clasp on one of them just stopped working. I was hoping they would last longer, especially since they weren't cheap. It's a shame, but I won't be buying from that brand again.
