CommunicationMy experience with ordering from this company was not up to par. I bought some jewelry amounting to over $400 and was happy at first about the free shipping they mentioned. But then, they ended up charging me $10 for shipping without telling me before. When I tried to get answers from customer service, they weren't helpful or personal. The lack of clear information and communication about the extra fee made me feel annoyed and let down. Because of this, I don't trust this company anymore and won't buy from them again.
