I had some questions about the ZBMINI product and reached out to ITEAD for help. They were super quick and provided top-notch support through email and on their forum. The folks there were really professional, knew their stuff, and were super friendly. They answered all my questions right away and were really helpful. The customer service and tech support at this store is really not great. It seems like a lot of the good reviews might not be real, unlike mine. When I asked for help with a tech issue, the answers I got were not helpful. Frankie, the staff person, seemed too busy to really help me properly. They didn't even answer my question about the daylight-saving time settings on their devices. The online forum wasn't much better, no staff stepped in to help. The products are okay, but the help after you buy them is pretty bad.

I placed my order on a Wednesday and come Monday morning, my package was at my door in the UK thanks to DHL. The staff was great with keeping me updated on everything from receiving my order to dispatching it and when it was on its way.
