App & PortalThe DIY home automation stuff I got from this company is priced pretty fair and strikes a good balance between being hands-on and easy to set up. The Sonoff gear is all about giving you choices between doing it yourself or just setting it up without much fuss. However, I noticed that the app for controlling things isn't super flexible when it comes to automation, and it doesn't keep track of the history from the SNZB-02 temperature/humidity sensors. Also, the user manual they give you can be a bit lacking sometimes, which can make it tough to find basic info. It would be cool if they added a WIFI/ZigBee control gadget for CCT LED stripes/RBG LED stripes to their product range. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought, but there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.
