Deliveryhigh price tag, but no solid follow-through when something goes wrong. It’s not my fault they didn’t pass the courier a contact number, and it’s not my fault the parcel went missing or their returns system is slow. I like the brand’s stuff, which makes this extra frustrating. My advice to others: double-check the phone number is on the shipment and keep screenshots of every email. I really hope they sort refunds faster — otherwise I’d shop elsewhere next time.
