Not coming back to IM Vintage

Returns & Refunds

don’t bother. I ordered a pair of expensive winter boots for my commute (had a bad fit on other brands, needed something warmer) and they were useless for me. Tried them twice, didn’t fit right, so I sent them back using the return label they provided — except the carrier on that label wasn’t recognised here in the Netherlands, so I paid to ship them myself. When IM Vintage received the parcel they refused the return because the boots showed signs of wear. Their terms (apparently only in French) say that, so they’re keeping the boots and my money. I tried to email but replies are blocked. Dry, factual: lost a lot of money and time; won’t use this store again.

Nice bag, lousy shipping situation

Delivery

I’ll be honest — I still really like the bag and would’ve used it every day for work, errands and the odd weekend trip — but the whole delivery/refund side was a real headache. I ordered during a sale, tracking showed it shipped, then a few days later it was sent back to sender. I rang UPS and they said the seller hadn’t attached the right invoice and hadn’t answered their queries, so they had to return it. I eventually got through to the brand and was told they wouldn’t resend it and that I’d have to buy it again at full price if I wanted it. The bag isn’t even on the site now, so that was awkward. I haven’t seen my refund yet either, which is annoying. So yeah, the style and size look perfect for my daily routine, but the customer care and delivery process need work. I’d give them another chance if they sorted refunds faster, but be warned — it’s not seamless.

Closed shop, then sorted

Delivery

the courier tried to drop it off while the store wasn't open, and for days the parcel sat out of reach. I did what you'd expect, emailed the brand, copied customer service into every message, and at first... crickets. That part stung, because I've had better responses from smaller shops. What saved it was persistence: after a couple of nudges they got involved, rang the pickup and arranged release. Not perfect — I paid a premium and the delivery hiccup was basic — but in the end they sorted it and I got the order. So yeah, skeptical at first, then relieved. If you're buying expensive items, don't assume things will be effortless; follow up, be patient, but also expect the brand to step up when pressed.

Not what I expected from a “name” label

Returns & Refunds

the tops themselves were fine — fabric felt nice, stitching looked good — but one was clearly too small on me. That’s normal, right? So I packed them back the same way I took them out, arranged the courier, and logged the return. The parcel is marked as received on their end, and one refund showed up weeks later. The other? Radio silence, then a claim that it looked “worn” so no refund. Worn? I hadn’t even properly tried it on. I mean, I’ve returned clothes before to other brands and usually it’s straightforward — some are great about it, others less so — but this felt different, like they were making up a reason to keep the money.
I’ve sent multiple emails and followed up a few times, and each time it’s a different answer or nothing at all. One rep said they’d refund it because I was “upset,” which felt more like lip service than a fix, and still no money. It’s frustrating because the product quality didn’t disappoint, but the whole after-sales experience did. It leaves a bad taste: you like what you bought yet you’re stressed about getting your money back.
I’m not saying never buy from them — some parts of my order were fine — but I’d be wary, especially if you think there’s any chance you’ll need to return something. Keep photos, keep the original packaging, and maybe expect a fight if anything goes wrong. I’ll try a few more times to get the refund, and if that fails I’ll look into formal options or consumer protection advice. For now, mixed feelings: good product, poor support.

Lost in transit, stuck in review limbo

Delivery

high price tag, but no solid follow-through when something goes wrong. It’s not my fault they didn’t pass the courier a contact number, and it’s not my fault the parcel went missing or their returns system is slow. I like the brand’s stuff, which makes this extra frustrating. My advice to others: double-check the phone number is on the shipment and keep screenshots of every email. I really hope they sort refunds faster — otherwise I’d shop elsewhere next time.
