Plinth Short End Table, Modellato Marble
This table is absolutely amazing! The design is so beautiful and really adds a fancy vibe to my living room. The Modellato Marble is top-notch and looks even better in real life. The customer service was fantastic - they were so helpful and answered all my questions, even late at night. I'm so excited for the table to arrive so I can see it in person and share some photos in my next review.
Lamp purchase mix-up
I recently bought a pair of lamps, one Wagenfeld and one Kaiser in green, but when my order arrived, I got two different lamps. I contacted customer service through the Chatbot, gave all the details and photos, but it's been a day and I still haven't heard back. As a real estate developer, quick and efficient customer service is important to me. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a real person and get a quick fix for a simple mistake.
Saarinen white round table
The website was really easy to use, ordering and checking out was a breeze. But it was irritating to see pictures of things, like the Saarinen white round table, that weren't even up for sale. I believe all photos should show exactly what's available to buy.
Counter height stools
The website was so easy to get around and I managed to find the counter height stools I was searching for at an awesome price. Right now, I'm just waiting for them to be delivered and hoping everything goes smoothly. I'm a bit worried about having to return them, so I'm hoping for the best. Once my counter height stools show up, I'll be sure to leave another review.
