My experience with Interior Icons was really disappointing. I bought a set of dining chairs from them and had some questions that I needed answers to. I sent them three emails but never heard back from them at all. It was annoying to get such bad customer service, especially when I had legitimate questions about what they sell. I wish they had been better at getting back to their customers and paying attention to their needs.

I just bought some really nice stuff from Interior Icons and I gotta say, I was super happy with the quality and the choices they had. The prices were fair and the items really brought some classy vibes to my place. But, I gotta admit, it was a bit annoying that there wasn't a phone number for quick help. I like talking to a real person right away when I have a question or issue, so that was a bit of a letdown. Still, I have to give props to their awesome customer service through email. They got back to me fast and fixed a mistake I made with the shipping address in just one day.

Tufted Sectional Sofa

I was so let down by the terrible customer service at this store. I tried to ask about a sofa I wanted to buy, but got no reply at all. There was no way to get in touch with anyone at the store, and it made me feel really irritated and overlooked. The website only showed one picture of the sofa with no size or extra info, so it was hard to decide if I should buy it. Even though I went ahead and made the purchase, I still have questions that need answering, and I want to talk to someone about my worries.

Lamp purchase mix-up

I recently bought a pair of lamps, one Wagenfeld and one Kaiser in green, but when my order arrived, I got two different lamps. I contacted customer service through the Chatbot, gave all the details and photos, but it's been a day and I still haven't heard back. As a real estate developer, quick and efficient customer service is important to me. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a real person and get a quick fix for a simple mistake.
