ServiceThese pieces are absolutely stunning and get so many compliments! But, the customer service is a bit lacking and the shipping options are limited, which takes away from the overall experience. The quality is amazing, but trying to talk to customer service is like hitting a dead end. It's frustrating not being able to easily get help moving heavy items into my home.
