Hush Puppies - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a pair of Chukka boots and Navy Howards summer shoes from this brand. The Chukka boots, size 11, fit perfectly and were super comfy. But when I got the Navy Howards in the same size, they were a whole size too small. It was pretty disappointing to see such a big difference in sizing, especially from a brand with such a good reputation. To top it off, I had to pay for the return shipping, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. When I contacted Customer Service about it, their response was kind of condescending, which didn't help at all. Overall, I didn't have the great experience I was hoping for from a brand that's been around for so long.

The shoes I bought ended up being way too small, and when I went to return them, it was such a pain! They didn't even bother replying to my emails at first, and when I did manage to send the shoes back, they just sent them right back to me with the wrong label. Plus, they took my money right from the get-go, without even fixing the mistake!!! Honestly, do yourself a favor and steer clear of that place.

Eh, so I'm usually one to head to the store to try on some shoes, but I had to give ordering boots online a shot. Over Thanksgiving, I messed up the size and ended up with a pair of boots that were too big. So, I got in touch with Customer Service and they were super helpful. They told me to send the boots back and said they'd send me the right size without any extra charges once they got the return. The second pair of boots arrived really quickly, especially considering the holiday rush. They showed up before I could even track the order, and they fit perfectly! I was really impressed with the great customer service and return policy that didn't cost me anything extra.

I bought these shoes and they fell apart after only a few hours. I tried to get a replacement, but the customer service told me it wasn't the shoes' fault. They suggested I look up BBC Watchdog to see complaints about these shoes and how they are poor quality. I am very disappointed.
