I ordered a pair of shoes from your store not long ago, eh, and I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing, you know? So, after I placed my order, I realized I needed to change the delivery address, eh. I called customer service right away to let them know, and the representative told me not to worry, they'd update the address for me, eh. But guess what? After 9 days, the shoes showed up at the old address. And to top it off, I tried calling customer service multiple times but no one ever picked up the phone, eh. This kind of service is just not cool, eh? It's totally unacceptable and honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing, eh.

I got this pair of black and white shoes from this place and man, the service was a disaster. So when my package finally arrived, guess what? I ended up with these kids' sunglasses instead of my shoes. Can you imagine that? I reached out to them online, but I still haven't heard back. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. I'm so mad!

I just bought a pair of slippers for my dad at the store, but the delivery turned into a total mess. They used Royal Mail and somehow the package ended up at the wrong address on the same street as my dad, so we never got the slippers. We tried reaching out to customer service, but they said they couldn't do anything else since they had already asked Royal Mail to investigate. We were really upset and let down by how the company handled everything. This whole situation has made me not want to buy anything else from that store in the future.
