Returns & Refundskeep your receipt and be ready to film what’s wrong (feels odd, but it works). If you don’t love paperwork, it’s a pain, but if they can replace the part and get you back to smoothies, it’s worth it. Overall happy I stuck with it — delivery and follow-up were the highlights. Would buy again, just maybe keep the camera handy.
