Nice juicer, messy delivery
Nice juicer, messy delivery
Deliverythey use DPD and you apparently need a code to accept, which nobody told me. Got stuck chasing codes, missed it, parcel returned, and the vendor seemed to shrug and talk about return fees. Nice product, annoying logistics — would buy again, but with follow-up.
Not great at first, but usable now

ServiceI was annoyed at the start, but it’s usable after a few tries. I gave this H310 to my grandmas about six weeks ago and we tried it the first weekend — first impression was meh: the pulp container is tiny, the juice was full of fibres and there was a faint burnt smell after running it for 6–7 minutes. I contacted customer service asking to return it and they wouldn’t help, so we opened it and tested it anyway. After a couple of tries I figured out shorter runs, smaller chunks, and straining helps a lot; the smell also faded after a few uses. Still, I’m bothered by the lack of support and the early scares, but with a bit of patience it does the job and my grandmas will drink the juice if I prep it right.
Warehouse shuffle killed my patience

ServiceI ordered this juicer from the manufacturer's website and then... nothing. A week went by with zero updates, so I pinged customer support. They came back saying they were “moving warehouses” and my order had been inadvertently cancelled — while my credit card still showed the $300 charge. The rep offered two options: reapply the payment to a fresh order that would arrive in about a week, or refund me. I said I wanted the thing and would have been fine waiting, but all they did was apologize in a corporate, noncommittal way and then proceed with the refund. No discount, no expedited shipping, no attempt to keep me as a customer. Felt like they shrugged and handed problem back to me. So I ordered the same model on Amazon with two-day shipping.
Buyer’s remorse, almost

Producttest for pulp volume, and double-check the return or warranty terms. I wanted to keep it, but my doubts mostly stuck around. Could be fine for someone who doesn’t mind extra cleanup.
Finally worth the wait, but not without headaches

Deliverythe product works great; the ordering and delivery experience did not. I ordered late October expecting a couple of days’ delivery; instead I got radio silence for over two weeks. No tracking, no replies to emails, then suddenly a tracking number with no ETA — classic. It finally arrived after about 17 days and two polite-but-frustrated follow-up emails from me. The company never actually answered questions, which was annoying since this was a fairly big purchase. First few uses were promising — nice yield, quiet enough, and that green juice actually tasted surprisingly sweet, which caught me off guard in a good way. Then I hit a weird patch: a faint burning smell on a couple of runs and the basket clogged more than I expected, had to empty it multiple times for what should’ve been a small batch. Thought I’d bought a dud for a minute. After a few more sessions and fiddling with how I fed the produce, things settled and it’s been smooth since. So yes, there was a learning curve and some nerve-wracking delivery drama, but the machine delivers excellent juice once you figure it out. Would’ve given top marks if the company had been communicative. If you can tolerate a slow, quiet customer service process and want great juice, it’s worth it. If you hate suspense and poor follow-up, steer clear or be ready to chase them down.
Finally fixed — took a bit but glad it’s sorted

Returns & Refundskeep your receipt and be ready to film what’s wrong (feels odd, but it works). If you don’t love paperwork, it’s a pain, but if they can replace the part and get you back to smoothies, it’s worth it. Overall happy I stuck with it — delivery and follow-up were the highlights. Would buy again, just maybe keep the camera handy.
