Nice juicer, messy delivery
Nice juicer, messy delivery
Deliverythey use DPD and you apparently need a code to accept, which nobody told me. Got stuck chasing codes, missed it, parcel returned, and the vendor seemed to shrug and talk about return fees. Nice product, annoying logistics — would buy again, but with follow-up.
Finally worth the wait, but not without headaches

Deliverythe product works great; the ordering and delivery experience did not. I ordered late October expecting a couple of days’ delivery; instead I got radio silence for over two weeks. No tracking, no replies to emails, then suddenly a tracking number with no ETA — classic. It finally arrived after about 17 days and two polite-but-frustrated follow-up emails from me. The company never actually answered questions, which was annoying since this was a fairly big purchase. First few uses were promising — nice yield, quiet enough, and that green juice actually tasted surprisingly sweet, which caught me off guard in a good way. Then I hit a weird patch: a faint burning smell on a couple of runs and the basket clogged more than I expected, had to empty it multiple times for what should’ve been a small batch. Thought I’d bought a dud for a minute. After a few more sessions and fiddling with how I fed the produce, things settled and it’s been smooth since. So yes, there was a learning curve and some nerve-wracking delivery drama, but the machine delivers excellent juice once you figure it out. Would’ve given top marks if the company had been communicative. If you can tolerate a slow, quiet customer service process and want great juice, it’s worth it. If you hate suspense and poor follow-up, steer clear or be ready to chase them down.
