Incorrect Size Received
Incorrect Size Received
ServiceI'm really bummed out about my recent purchase from this company. I thought I was getting a size 10, but turns out they sent me a used and repacked size 12 instead. And then when I tried to get a replacement, they totally ignored me. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service like this before. It's just not right for a company to mess up an order and then not even try to fix it. So, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. This whole situation has been a complete nightmare.

ServiceThe folks at this store really know their stuff when it comes to customer service. I recently got a wetsuit that didn't quite match what I saw online, but they handled it like pros. They sorted everything out quickly and sent me a replacement wetsuit that was top-notch quality. I was left feeling super happy with how everything was handled.

ServiceI was so let down by my online shopping experience at this store, eh. The customer service was just awful - they sent me the wrong item and wouldn't even swap it until they got the incorrect one back. It was a real pain and took way too long. You could tell they didn't really care about making customers happy, since I didn't even get what I ordered. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this online store because they don't handle customer problems well and lack professionalism, to be honest.
