Hurley - Reviews and experiences

I bought a wetsuit from the store and it turned out to be faulty. But the problem was, there was no way for me to return it easily because there was no collection service near me. I got in touch with Hurley's customer service team, and they sent me a returns form. But it's been over a month since I sent it back and I still haven't heard back from them. I've followed up several times, but all they keep saying is to use the returns portal, which I can't even access. On top of that, they mentioned that if they do send the wetsuit back to me, I'll have to repost it at my own cost of £25 each time. Dealing with all of this has been really frustrating, and I'm pretty disappointed with the way Hurley has handled this whole situation. It's really disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially as I've been a loyal customer for a while. I first brought this up in October, and there's still no solution in sight. I'm now out of over £200 because of their lack of communication and care. It's a shame that their great products aren't matched with great customer service. Unfortunately, I can't give them more than one star.

I had such a terrible time dealing with this company, eh. The customer service was just a complete mess, you know. So I asked to return my boardshorts more than two months ago, and after a whole month of trying to schedule a pick-up, they finally came on the wrong day. And now, two months later, I still haven't got my refund, and they've been totally ignoring all my emails. I've sent about five emails since the pick-up, and they haven't said a single thing back. It's just not right, eh.

I got a pair of shorts for my birthday, but they didn't fit when I tried them on after coming back from a trip. Even though I ordered them weeks in advance, I couldn't return them because the deadline had already passed. I was really disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service. It really turned me off and I won't be buying from this company again.

So, I ordered a Christmas sweater online as a gift, but when it showed up, there was a big stain on the front. I sent it back right away for a refund, but their customer service has been really terrible. It's been weeks now since I reported the issue, and there's still no solution in sight. They take forever to reply to emails, and they've even shut down their phone lines because they're so busy. The responses I do get are not helpful at all, just telling me to 'be patient', which is super frustrating. I asked for a replacement before Christmas, but they've just ignored that request. I'm at a point where I've asked for a refund, but still no response from them.
