CommunicationI made a really dumb mistake and decided to order a 2-piece bikini online. It was a total disaster though! Only the bottoms showed up, with an email later saying that the top was out of stock and my order was canceled. And to top it off, when I tried to send back the bottoms, they had the nerve to charge me 10 bucks! The whole thing just left me feeling pretty crappy. Dealing with companies that don't communicate well, aren't transparent, and have lousy customer service is super frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and don't shop here!
