Hey there! So, I bought a backpack from this store not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by their customer service. Like, right after I made my order, my account got shut down with no reason or anything from the company. They did end up giving me my money back, but the way they handled the whole situation was just not cool at all. It left me feeling pretty disappointed. I'd say to anyone else thinking of shopping there to maybe weigh their choices and not bother with this retailer. Just my two cents!

I was really happy with how well the customer service team took care of me.

If there was ever a problem with a product, even a long time after buying it, they quickly replaced it or gave store credit. The customer service reps are always so nice to deal with. Just recently, Samantha helped me out over email and she was quick and polite. I've also reached out to them through text in the past and had a great experience.
