Huckberry - Reviews and experiences

I purchased some items online that looked really cool, but in person they weren't as great. Some of the items were decent, but most were just okay. I decided to return the things I didn't like, but it's taking forever to get my refund. Customer service isn't responding to my emails. It's just a complete mess.

I found returning a product from Relwen to be really fast and simple. I really like Huckberry's return policy. I've noticed that a lot of their stuff is really good quality, but some things seem to be more about hype. They do have some great sales every now and then.

I was so pumped to buy some stuff, spending $800 on things I thought I'd love. I was really interested in the free returns they talked about, made me feel good about trying stuff I wasn't sure about. But when my order arrived, one item just didn't hit the mark. Turns out, this company doesn't do free returns for us Canadians – unlike most places I shop from. That lack of honesty was pretty annoying and made me feel kinda tricked. I like knowing the deal with returns, so this whole thing left me feeling lied to and let down as a customer.

I bought a pair of Lems boulder boots online the other day. Oops, turns out I got the men's size by mistake when I meant to get the women's size. But no worries, the customer service folks were super helpful and walked me through the return process smoothly. I was able to swap the boots for the right size without any trouble. Gotta say, I was really impressed with their honesty and top-notch customer service.
