Huckberry - Reviews and experiences

I had a terrible experience with this company. They never delivered my order, and when I asked for help, they treated me like I did something wrong. They didn't try to solve the problem and even suggested that I was lying. And to make matters worse, they blocked my number when I tried to contact them again. It's really disappointing for a company that claims to be reputable.

As a first-time customer at Huckberry, I was a bit unsure at first because of some not-so-great reviews I read online. But I decided to take a chance and ordered some glass bottles anyway. The whole ordering process went really smoothly, and I got a confirmation email right away. In just a week, my package showed up, and I was really happy to see how well everything was packed. The glass bottles were all safe and sound, thanks to the careful wrapping. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the whole experience and I'll definitely be coming back to Huckberry for more.

I just bought a pair of shoes for my wedding, and I gotta say, I'm very disappointed with the service. The shoes never showed up, and instead of fixing the problem, they just gave me a refund without saying much else. I had to rush to find another pair of shoes at the last minute, which made an already busy time even more stressful. I wouldn't suggest their service to anyone who wants a dependable and trustworthy shopping experience.

The shipping was brutal, they said it would arrive between Dec. 21-25 but now it's delayed until the end of December! Luckily, this really nice lady named Heather from customer service came through for me and hooked me up with a gift card. So, I'm not as stressed about it anymore.
